How Does Michael Jordon Handle Pressure Being an Olympain

As a hypnotherapist in London I offer hypnotherapy and life coaching treatments for every type of issue or problem. I also offer sports performance hypnotherapy to a number of clients looking to get the edge in either a performance sport or a professional subconscious level.  working with the subconscious mind for sports performance is an absolute must. ask any sports personality about getting into the zone and they’ll know exactly what you’re talking about. also terms like “cracking under the pressure” are extremely common for sports professionals, yet it’s the biggest hindrance that most people assume they have no control of.

If sports professionals could control the in a dialogue and rapid onset of negative feelings  quickly and easily, then they will be able to overcome their biggest rival, themselves and their own subconscious.

Michael Johnson the professional Olympian talks about his visualization process which to all intents and purposes is a hypnotic type intervention. using any type of hypnotic intervention or visualization process for a positive response is possibly the fastest way to increase your personal performance.

So how does all of this work?  as humans, we asked simple creatures. we follow the same pattern and beliefs and they seem to do a good enough job on a day-to-day basis.  our conscious mind rarely has to do much as we walk around in an automatic response guided by our subconscious allowing us to do the things safely quickly and easily without giving things too much of a thought.  our conscious mind is quite slow picking up new things that we’ve already become accustomed to.  for example if you were to say the alphabet from A-Z loud as quickly as you can you could probably do it in about 4 seconds. now trying to say the exact same process backwards, down from Z down to A? whole process is now seemingly impossible, consciously.

wanted done something enough times our subconscious mind seemed to take all the workload of the conscious mind and it then creates a new habit or belief system that allows it to be stored to relieve the pressure from your conscious mind.  our subconscious mind is a library, our conscious mind  is the librarian.

My AIM in working for people on a sports hypnotherapy basis is to get positive feelings and beneficial habits established within the subconscious mind so that they are able to rapidly subconscioulsy access those thoughts on those feelings to your able to generate the state required to operate at your peak performance. is this practice that makes….. permanent and is the very reason the goalkeeper can save a goal and a boxer can move so quickly. it’s all down to muscle memory and consciously loading up the subconscious mind so that it is ready to react at any given time. this is a process that is extremely easy and effective  to master using hypnosis.

Here are some words from the Olympian. He says ” mental pressure does not exist, it’s just a concept. All ” pressure” of the words and actions of others, the environment at that moment, the self talk going on in your mind and how you decide to react to it. it’s simple really. Learn to master your thoughts and improve your performance in all areas of your life.
